If you’ve ever attended the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival in past years, you know it’s an event not to be missed with so many scrumptious delights to sample. It’s no wonder this Disney festival has become so popular over the past two decades. This year Walt Disney World Orlando will host 62 days of pure foodie fun and excitement starting September 14th and ending on November 14th. It’s not too early to start making vacation plans so you can eat and drink your way around the Epcot World Showcase enjoying fine presentations in culinary arts and beverages across the globe.
Your Epcot admission ticket is all you will need to enjoy the festival. Most appetizer-sized items typically will cost between $4 and $8 additional and the price of a beverage will be in the range of $3 to $6, making the festival affordable. Countries from six continents will be represented with enough variety to satisfy any palate. Vegans and gluten-free offerings will be available as well, keeping dietary plans on track. Specialty wine and beer will be a large part of the festivities and guests will have ample opportunities to sample pairings from a generous selection of vineyards and breweries.
Dessert lovers can tickle their taste buds with a multitude of exquisitely prepared treats.
Culinary demonstrations and educational events will be available for an additional charge. Bump your culinary skills up to the next level at one of the celebrity chefs “What’s Cookin’ With…” sessions. Learn the fine art of cake decorating from the pros. Find out how to create exceptional cocktail blends at the mixology class. Attend a cheese seminar or a beverage boot camp. There’s something for everyone at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival.
