STEP 2      CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENTS

The second step is to choose your loan terms. STEP 3    SIGN DOCUMENTS

The third step is for you to sign our DVC financing documents.  The title company will send all the documents, including our Promissory Note, to you to sign.  Once this package is completely executed and returned to the title company, the title company will notify us that the contract is ready to close and we send the money the same day.
