DVC Resorts with Expiration Years is a common question so as your DVC financing expert, we’d like to share with you the various annual dates Disney resorts expire.

Currently, it is just speculation what DVC will do and offer its existing members at these properties.  However, this information will keep you informed until more is announced.

Notice the points expire in JANUARY so if your use year is February or a later month then your points actually expire the year before!
