Marriott Vacations Worldwide has agreed to purchase the 176 room The Strand Hotel beginning in 2018 with plans to make it part of its Marriott Vacation Club ownership program. Part of Marriott’s exceptional new destinations to its portfolio of resorts around the globe will be this newest South Beach, Miami location. The Strand is ideally situated to share all that the city has waiting for Owners and guests to enjoy.

And that’s not all!

Marriott Vacation Club also purchased the 7^th floor of the famously known hotel The Mayflower in Washington, DC last year in 2015. Part of its Autograph Collection®, The Mayflower features luxuriously appointed rooms and suites that offer guests a blend of modern style and historic luxury in the heart of the downtown district, steps away from Dupont Circle.  Guests may take advantage of convenient access to amenities and restaurants.
