It’s that time of year again when the ghosts, goblins, witches and other ghoulish characters prepare for the spooky holiday of Halloween. There’s no better way to celebrate and enjoy all the fun and excitement of the season than to get tickets for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween event. For select nights in September and October from 7 pm to midnight the Magic Kingdom in Orlando comes alive as Disney throws an amazing Halloween extravaganza. Adults and children of all ages will be delighted as they don their favorite costume and join in all the fun at the Magic Kingdom with fabulous experiences, attractions, decorations, live entertainment, along with costumed characters dishing out some good old-fashioned tricks and plenty of luscious treats. Here are a few highlights of this year’s special event:
“Boo-To-You” Parade-Watch stars of the Haunted Mansion and the Headless Horseman in this not-so-scary parade of Disney characters and spooky floats.
“Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular- Head to Main Street to watch the wicked fun unfold with the Sanderson Sisters, Maleficent and other Disney villains in an exciting special effects and dance show.
Cadaver Dans Barbershop Quartet- Stop by Frontierland for some haunted humor and songs, like “Cruella De Vil”, “Grim Grinning Ghosts” and Ghost Riders in the Sky” will make you die laughing.
Happy HalloWishes Fireworks Show- This grand finale lights up the night at the Magic Kingdom park with amazing fireworks set to a haunted, spine tingling soundtrack. Appearances by Cruella de Vil, Jafar and other villains give this show a wicked, but fun twist.
