Chris’s Story
As the loan officer here, it has been my pleasure to have processed thousands of Disney Vacation Club loans and dozens and dozens of top brand vacation ownership transactions over the past four years. I truly enjoy my job and love helping people with the loan process. It is an awesome feeling when I make buyers happy and know I am contributing to their vacation memories. The DVC buyers are so excited when we finally fund their loans and cannot wait to use their membership points!
I do own timeshares in Colorado as I LOVE getting away a bit from Florida to cooler climates sometimes! I do have to say that Disney World happens to be one of my favorite places in the entire world. I am going to date myself and I will let you do the math, but my fondest memory was visiting Disney World in 1976 (the Magic Kingdom’s 5th year anniversary) with my best friend from my Pennsylvania high school with her parents. That first visit holds a very special place in my heart and started a chain of Disney and Orlando visits over the years.
When my children were born, I could not wait to introduce them to the wonder of the Magic Kingdom. I must admit it was always as much a treat for me as it was for them. We eventually relocated full time to Florida and more frequent Disney vacations ensued. All of the Disney resorts are excellent and have their own special Disney touches, but I have to say my favorites are the resorts located along the Monorail line.
(Another small tidbit of information that I do not normally share but knowing this you will understand my love of all things, Disney. My legal first name is Bambi, yes, named after the famous deer. I use Chris in professional environments, but to my family and oldest friends, I am simply “Bam”).
