The long-awaited debut of Town Center, the fourth “neighborhood” in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs Marketplace is almost a reality. The Town Center area, opening to the public on May 15th, has been designed to evoke the sights and sounds of a turn-of-the-century Florida coastal town, complete with Mediterranean and American revival architecture. Plenty of dining venues and retailers will be on board for the grand opening kick-off, and many more are planned as the summer season progresses. Disney Springs is bigger and better than ever. Here’s a peek at a few of the dining and shopping choices coming to Town Center and the Disney Springs complex.
For distinctive Disney-style dining, family meals, quick bites and desserts, dining options include:
Tablas Frontera – gourmet Mexican cuisine by culinary legend Chef Rick Bayless, including grilled seafood and veggies served on planks in a warm and lively atmosphere.
Homecoming- Florida Kitchen and Shine Bar – Sunshine State farm-to-table favorites by Celebrity Chef Art Smith, like Southern fried chicken, deviled eggs and low country shrimp and grits.
D-Luxe Burger – Hearty gourmet burgers, hand-cut fries and artisanal gelato shakes and floats
Blaze Pizza – Custom and fast fiire’d crispy pizza with the freshest ingredients
Daily Poutine (Kiosk) – Canadian classic fries with a creative twist
B. B. Wolf’s Sausage Co.(Kiosk) – Artisan-styled sausage with tasty toppings
AristoCrepes (Kiosk) – Savory and sweet French-style pancakes
Amorette’s Patisserie – Signature sweets, custom cakes and champagne by the glass
Sprinkles – Delightful cupcakes available in a clever ATM format

One of the easiest ways to access the Disney Springs Marketplace is to walk along the pedestrian bridge from Disney’s Sarasota Springs Resort. There’s also water transportation available from Old Key West Resort and plenty of bus transportation linking other Disney Vacation Club properties.
