Where to Watch Fireworks at Disney World, where they are always dazzling and the perfect way to end an exciting day of Disney adventures, is varied and interesting as the parks themselves. Of course, you can always queue up for a coveted spot in front of Cinderella Castle. Two more top options are along Main Street in the Magic Kingdom and any prime viewing place around Epcot’s World Showcase Lagoon. There are, however, other viewing options throughout the parks and surrounding areas of Walt Disney World. Not all of the locations permit a complete view of the lower water level displays, pyrotechnics, and laser effects, but will still be a fantastic way of experiencing Disney fireworks enchantment.
Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa – This restaurant offers a comfortable place to grab a hearty seafood dinner while taking in the awe-inspiring fireworks, charming Disney music and narration of Happily Ever After showcase at the Magic Kingdom Park. You might also catch the charming sea creatures of the Electrical Water Pageant going by.
The Marina at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa – Watch Happily Ever After show here as you listen to grand piped in music and fireworks story narration compliments of neighboring Gasparilla Island Grill. The Electrical Water Pageant floats past this relaxed vantage point, too!
The Beach at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort – Head to the beach at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort for a truly awesome view of the Magic Kingdom Park’s Happily Ever After fireworks and Electrical Water Pageant. Piped in story-telling narration and Disney tunes complete the experience.
The Promenade at Disney’s BoardWalk – This is the premier, non-theme park spot to get a great lakeside view of Epcot’s Illuminations: Reflections of Earth spectacular. After the show, stroll along the boardwalk for dining, shopping and more adult entertainment options like Jellyrolls piano bar, Atlantic Dance Hall and the ESPN Club.
Several other Disney World restaurants like “Rose and Crown” and “Tokyo Dining” in Epcot and “California Grill” and “Ohana” in the Magic Kingdom also offer dinner with a fantastic view of nightly fireworks extravaganzas. Just looking for dessert and coffee? The “Frozen Ever After Sparkling Dessert Party” and the “Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular Dessert Party” are just two of several fun ways have sweets while enjoying the show. As with most dining opportunities and special events at Disney World, reservations are strongly recommended as far in advance as possible. Of course, there is no guarantee of a seat with a perfect view, but venues will do their best to accommodate seating requests.
